We are a spot for the unsheltered coming in late, the recently campless, or those first timers that want to know they have a place to camp. We have a walled canopy and a tarp over some tables for a kitchen. For several afternoons we will be offering to the community fresh-cooked soup to anyone who comes by.

Do you not have a camp, and want somewhere to relax? Then come to CAMP! But beware…we’re too much! Enjoy fidget toys, hula hoops, ukulele music, all things campy, and more info on Taylor Swift and what a Gaylor is than you probably ever wanted to know. And you might catch CAMP at other locations around Firefly…

We are unserious. We are Camp Campy Camp. We like to play capture the flag, deliver love letters, run the Firefly Postal Service, climb trees, make tie-dye shirts, make friendship bracelets, make quest bracelets, go on missions, paint heads and faces, throw water balloons, be camp counselors, serve camp cocktails, and run slip’n’slides. We are Camp Campy Camp.

At Camp Kwitcherbitchen, you’ll find Witchy Kitchen Bitches are there to provide comfort, snark, food and entertainment. Magickal inclinations encouraged.

We’ll have a lounge space to take a load off and hang out with us. An alter for gathering over shared magickal inclinations, tarot readings and other such activities may be available. If you would like to use the space to run your own metaphysical skills, feel free to reach out!

Colorful multimedia concert videos on a large screen by my band (Ambient/ Industrial/ Electronica music) to chill and watch, many evenings. The Cool Misting station will provide 60-90 secs of 360 surround head to toe cooling mist, most days, if you bring a gallon or so of well water (clothing optional, and spare empty loaner jugs available).  Will have some guest chairs and blankets and probably snacks. The Zoological Bar will serve a wild array of beverages during our Happy Hours (or whenever we feel like it), where we will also offer FACE-PAINTING to help you look like your favorite animal! After dark, visit the INSECTARIUM at ZooCamp for a close look at the local insects of Firefly.

Their Celestial Ultra-Light Transport spacecraft careened into the woods over central Vermont, drawn like a moth to the gentle lights of Firefly. Travellers to Earth, their vessel’s core was damaged in the crash and pieces have scattered across all of the festival. A kind and warm-hearted group of intergalactic beings, their religious beliefs and practices may seem strange, or even sinister, to outsiders. Their only hope to once more journey through the stars relies on the kindness of Fireflies, to help collect each piece of the scattered core of their spaceship. The travellers will lavish those who come to their aid with libations, wisdom, art of their homeworld, and even induct them into their sacred circle by exposing them to The Ordeal.

The White Dragon Noodle Bar is coming back to Firefly for 2019. We invite you all to come by around 6pm – 8pm for some delicious and rejuvenating noodles. Come for the tasty snacks and stay for the witty banter and wonderful company. Some nights we may even serve up some savory late night broth for all the weary fireflies traveling through the dark forest. Our classic noodles are vegetarian and vegan with a gluten free option available as well. We can’t wait to share our salty hot noodes with our firefly patrons!
